Fool of man didn't know what was going on with the other agent selling the property, instead of enquiring I was led to believe available, ("Come out and its yours"), so planned the trip getting my hopes up, then all in the space of 24 hrs, BANG, place has been sold...not even under offer. Understandably pissed!
